In view of the current situation wherein acid resources and valuable components in titanium dioxide waste cannot be effectively extracted are prone to secondary pollution, our research team proposed a new technique consisting step extraction comprehensive utilization acid. this paper, thermodynamics selective precipitation preparation doped iron phosphate from were studied. The results show that content Al3+, Mn2+, Mg2+, Ca2+ reaction system can tuned by adjusting pH during pre-precipitation process. first step, these impurity ions should settled as much possible; then, Fe2+ oxidized Fe3+ so obtain with higher purity next effects temperature, seed crystals, value, P/M on process investigated detail. experimental reduced state, optimal conditions temperature 75 °C, an initial value 4.5, molar ratio 1.1. 60 solution = 2.5, time 25 min. After calcination, precipitate mainly consists phosphate, which basically meets requirements precursor.
